Amie Fox believes, and has seen first-hand, that when people feel good at work, they perform at their best. The problem is that most businesses have never actually defined what "good" looks like.
Amie is the founder of A Fox Consulting in Ireland, a trainer and keynote speaker who helps founders, HR and operations leaders engage, develop and retain their best people. The practice works across three areas: manager development for growing organisations, strategic communications and events, and community and social impact. Its core programme, FoxBuzz, is a bespoke system for developing managers that combines online learning, live workshops and group coaching, alongside two self-serve products, The Best Manager Toolkit and Present Like a Pro Toolkit.
She's also the author of Mind the Blind Spot: Decision to Done, on why good ideas fail through miscommunication rather than dying of natural causes. Legally blind since the age of eleven following a diagnosis of Stargardt's, she's experienced hidden barriers first-hand, and that insight sharpens how she helps leaders build workplaces where good people actually want to stay.
She has more than fifteen years in employee experience, corporate responsibility and disability inclusion, across pharma, retail and technology, and started A Fox Consulting because execution, not strategy, is where most plans fall flat and prevent organisations from scaling.
