Developing Emotional Intelligence
As an authority on emotional intelligence, Natalie has penned the book "HumanForce: The Power of Emotions in a Changing Workplace." She coaches leaders to develop their emotional intelligence skills both for their self-leadership as well as for leading their teams effectively and she addresses the challenges women and men face in the workplace, including stereotypical and perceptual obstacles. A study by TalentSmart found that individuals with high emotional intelligence earn an average of $29,000 more per year than those with low emotional intelligence.

Natalie coaches female executives and works with a variety of associations and foundations to further the career development of their female members speaking regularly on topics such as building confidence, developing emotional agility and gaining visibility.
