Sedge is the Founder and CEO of SEEN Connects, an influencer marketing agency that generates a turnover of £20M and has offices in New York City and London, serving clients throughout Europe, including renowned brands such as eBay, Nike, and Panasonic.
Prior to founding SEEN Connects seven years ago, Sedge Beswick worked for three years in-house for Red Bull, two years at Three UK, and five years at ASOS. During her tenure, she was in charge of social and influencer teams and was responsible for building ASOS' first influencer program.
Sedge Beswick is always willing to provide her expertise and insights on marketing developments and business management. She has conducted workshops for notable businesses such as Lloyds Bank, Google, and No.10 Downing St, appeared on Sky News and BBC Breakfast, and written for publications such as The FT and The Drum.
Education and mentorship are among her passions, which she has integrated into SEEN Connects through programs such as Buddy Systems, apprentice schemes, and Connected Thinking. She frequently guest lectures and mentors students, in addition to hosting career workshops for people from underprivileged backgrounds every year. To date, she has assisted in placing more than 50 young people in jobs in the UK.
