Not Good Enough — Changing a Belief Learned in Childhood

Changing Childhood Beliefs About Worth: Where self-limiting beliefs come from and how they can be changed

Rosi Pletzer has spent more than 12 years helping people change self-limiting subconscious beliefs, including the feeling of not being good enough. Beliefs about worth, love, money and safety are often absorbed in childhood, long before anyone can question them, and they keep shaping adult choices without being noticed. Rosi, a PSYCH-K® Instructor certified by its originator Rob Williams, argues that a belief that was learned can also be changed. She walks through where these beliefs come from and how they can be turned into self-supporting ones. Listeners leave able to recognise the childhood belief behind a familiar adult pattern, and knowing that a learned belief can be changed.

Rosi Pletzer is a certified PSYCH-K® Instructor who runs Minds Align, based in Canberra, Australia. Certified by PSYCH-K® originator Rob Williams, Rosi has more than 12 years of national and international teaching experience, helping people change self-limiting subconscious beliefs into self-supporting ones.

Rosi teaches the PSYCH-K® Basic, Advanced Integration and Master Facilitation workshops and leads Divine Integration Retreats across Australia, Bali, Hong Kong, Croatia, Greece, France and Portugal. In Australia, Rosi runs the Basic Workshop in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and the Gold Coast, alongside an online Level 1 workshop, free introductory seminars, private sessions and mentoring programs for people who want to keep growing after a workshop.

Rosi's work centres on the gap between what people want and what their subconscious believes. Many of the beliefs people carry about love, money, safety and worth were absorbed in childhood, and Rosi shows how those beliefs can quietly work against conscious goals. Rosi describes the aim as transforming what gets in the way into supportive "mind software", and as sharing the key to inner peace, self-realisation and the evolution of consciousness.

For Rosi, the work people do on themselves shows up in how they listen, lead and love.
