Trauma Recovery & Spiritual Healing Practitioner | Quantum Energy Healer | Author
Leanne Sheargold is an author, intuitive trauma healer, and quantum healing practitioner who supports women and men recovering from childhood abuse, domestic violence, complex trauma, and life-shattering health events.
Her journey into healing began with a personal health crisis and decades of significant life challenges. At 28, Leanne experienced a stroke while raising three sons under five. Later, in her early 50s, she began recovering repressed memories of childhood abuse while navigating the breakdown of her marriage. Seeking intensive treatment overseas led her into a period of focused recovery and community support, ultimately inspiring her to facilitate healing circles and develop her own healing practice.
Today, Leanne combines her lived experience with spiritual and energy-based healing practices to help people reconnect with themselves, explore long-held patterns, and move towards greater emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She co-runs a healing shop in Australia, where she supports clients through quantum healing, energy work, spiritual practices, aromatherapy products, and meditation, both in person and remotely.
Now a published author, Leanne brings her insights and experience to a wider audience through her writing, podcast conversations, and healing work. Her book reflects her passion for helping people understand their experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and recognise the possibility of breaking free from inherited family patterns and cycles of trauma. Her work particularly resonates with those navigating chronic fatigue, emotional heaviness, difficult family histories, and the journey of becoming what she calls a “chain breaker.”
Leanne draws on intuitive and multidimensional practices, body-based awareness, ancestral healing, and energetic support to explore the emotional and spiritual dimensions of trauma. She believes that trauma does not have to define a person's identity and advocates for an integrated approach to recovery that recognises the value of conventional mental health support alongside complementary healing practices.
As a podcast guest, Leanne shares candid, deeply personal stories of surviving a stroke, confronting childhood trauma, and rebuilding her life through healing, spirituality, and community. She offers thoughtful perspectives on breaking generational cycles, reconnecting with inner wisdom, and finding a renewed sense of self after life-changing experiences. Through her work as an author and practitioner, Leanne aims to inspire hope, encourage self-discovery, and empower others to see that their past does not have to determine their future.
