Reeve has a background in music, starting as a drummer and eventually becoming the MD. He has taken over 25 Broadway shows worldwide and worked as the music supervisor for Hamilton, putting in a replacement cast for the originals. Reeve's career change occurred when he had a stress-induced heart attack three months into his job. The 20 years leading up to the attack were filled with perfectionism and self-medication, leading to a lack of self-care and exercise. Reeve's life changed when he realized that he had done the damage to his body and mental health. He now focuses on promoting communication and self-care, aiming to disrupt society's approach to work and attitudes to stress.

As AI redefines our work, human advantage lies in Unmistakable Identity™

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly capable of reproducing output, information, and technical skill, human differentiation becomes more important than ever. Julian explores why the future will favour people who develop unmistakable identity, rather than those who simply try to outproduce the tools around them. He reveals the distinctly human capabilities that make the difference when knowledge and efficiency are no longer enough: self-awareness, creativity, judgment, context, emotional intelligence, and the ability to make meaning. This conversation helps audiences understand that the next era of work will not belong to people who become more machine-like, but to those who can articulate, develop, and apply what is unmistakably human about them.

The future belongs to people who can stay human under pressure

The pressure to keep up with AI is pushing people into panic, comparison, and constant reinvention, but fear rarely produces the best version of human capability. Julian’s work focuses on helping people build the internal steadiness they need to think clearly, create well, and make good decisions in a world that feels unstable. He can speak to the role of self-awareness, self-kindness, and self-efficacy as practical capabilities, not abstract wellbeing ideas, because people cannot access their best judgment or creativity when they are operating from threat. This gives hosts a timely conversation about how individuals and organisations can move through disruption without sacrificing the very human qualities that will matter most.

AI is here to stay: how to overcome the fear of change.

Much of the anxiety surrounding artificial intelligence is psychological. Julian explores how individuals and organizations can move through disruption without collapsing into fear, panic, comparison, or hopelessness, developing the clarity and emotional steadiness needed to adapt intentionally in an increasingly unpredictable world. He reframes AI anxiety as a human capability challenge, showing that people cannot access their best creativity, judgment, or adaptability when they are operating from threat. This conversation gives audiences a grounded way to face change honestly, while developing the self-awareness and confidence needed to work with AI without feeling erased by it.
