Key topicsBreaking the chain means rebuilding the version of yourself your past never allowed you to becomeFor many women, the hardest part of healing is not naming what happened to them; it is recognising the old family stories, labels, fears, and beliefs they are still living inside. Leanne speaks directly to women who are trying to break generational patterns, because she understands that change cannot stay as an idea, it has to become boundaries, action, resilience, and a new way of moving through the world. Her work is about helping women deconstruct the old narrative of who they were told to be, so they can rebuild the version of themselves they actually want to live as. For podcasts focused on trauma, women’s empowerment, spiritual healing, family patterns, and emotional resilience, this creates a deeply human conversation about becoming the chain breaker without pretending it is easy. The pain you inherited may be the energy your soul is asking you to clearMany spiritual listeners understand that trauma does not only live in the mind; it can sit in the body, the nervous system, the aura, and the old beliefs people unconsciously carry for years. Leanne’s story gives this conversation real weight because her own healing journey took her from stroke recovery, hidden childhood trauma, marriage breakdown, and deep emotional crisis into a life where she now helps other women clear the energetic and emotional layers that have kept them stuck. She can speak about healing as a process of removing what no longer belongs to you, reconnecting with your body, rebuilding your inner light, and learning to trust the guidance that comes when you finally feel safe enough to listen. For spiritual, energy healing, women’s healing, and personal transformation podcasts, this creates a powerful conversation about how women can stop carrying inherited pain and begin becoming the version of themselves they were always meant to be. How trauma survivors can become the safe place they once neededMany women who have lived through trauma are not just trying to “move on”; they are trying to rebuild a sense of safety, confidence, and identity after years of feeling trapped, silenced, or unsupported. Leanne can speak to this from the inside, having moved through serious health challenges, remembered childhood trauma, the breakdown of a 33-year marriage, financial control, mental health crisis, and the long process of finding herself again. What makes her story powerful is that the shop she now runs became the kind of safe, welcoming place she once needed herself, where women can walk in on a hard day, put the kettle on, and feel less alone. For trauma recovery, women’s healing, spiritual growth, and personal transformation podcasts, this gives listeners a grounded conversation about what it really takes to come back to yourself and then extend that healing outward. Trauma Recovery & Spiritual Healing Practitioner | Quantum Energy Healer

Leanne Sheargold is an intuitive trauma healer and quantum healing practitioner who supports women and men recovering from childhood abuse, domestic violence, complex trauma, and life-shattering health events.

Her pathway into healing began with a personal health crisis and decades of life upheaval. She had a stroke at 28 while parenting three sons under five, and later, in her early 50s, began recovering repressed memories of childhood abuse while her marriage collapsed. Seeking intensive treatment overseas led to a period of focused recovery and community support that redirected her life toward running healing circles and offering energy work.

Today, Leanne uses her lived experience and spiritual healing work to help women reconnect with themselves, release old patterns, and move beyond trauma. She co-runs a healing shop in Australia, where she supports clients through quantum healing, energy work, spiritual practices, aromatherapy products, meditation, both in person and remotely. Her work often focuses on women dealing with trauma, chronic fatigue, emotional heaviness, family narratives, old belief systems, and the process of becoming what she calls a “chain breaker.”

On a practical level she combines intuitive and multidimensional practices with body-based awareness, ancestral healing, and energetic support to help clients clear trauma, inherited patterns, and energetic imprints.

About this episode

We talk candidly about what dissociation can look like in real life, why sleep can become impossible, and how “I can’t explain it” is often a trauma response, not a failure. Leanne also explains the reality of seeking help: the challenge of finding the right therapist, what EMDR therapy was like when it went deep, and why safety and consistency matter more than willpower. If you’ve ever felt like talk therapy alone keeps opening the wound without fully clearing it, this conversation gives you language and options.

Then we move into Leanne’s work with energetic healing and quantum healing, including how she approaches trauma as layers in the body, how she avoids putting labels on clients, and what a distance healing session can look like over Zoom. We also explore patterns that repeat through relationships and family lines, plus a powerful story of chronic fatigue improving after steady, layered work.
