About this episode

Diversity and Inclusion Architect Toby Mildon was born with a rare disability called spinal muscular atrophy. He was told he would never get through primary school, yet he went on to finish university and work for companies like the BBC and Deloitte in London. He now has his own consultancy and wrote a book titled Inclusive Growth.
