Key topicsThe Cost of Wearing the MaskIn high-stakes industries like law, medicine, and finance, showing up with a curated persona is often mistaken for professionalism. Eunice challenges that idea, arguing that the constant performance is eroding wellbeing and meaning. She explores how burnout often stems from disconnection-not just overwork-and guides listeners through the first steps of removing the “mask” and rebuilding a life based on authenticity. This is a timely and human conversation for anyone who feels trapped by their own success. Happiness Is Free-But Not EffortlessEunice dismantles the idea that happiness is a reward you earn once you’ve done enough, succeeded enough, or proved yourself. Sharing insights from her book and her upbringing in a ghetto in Nigeria, she reveals how true happiness begins with self-awareness and alignment-not achievements. She introduces her framework of Clarity, Purpose, and Fulfillment as the foundation of a phenomenal life and offers five daily practices to help listeners reconnect with joy, regardless of external circumstances. Why Conflict Isn't the Enemy-Ego IsDrawing from decades of legal experience, Eunice shares powerful examples of conflicts that escalated unnecessarily-often because ego got in the way of empathy. She explains how our desire to be “right” can cost us peace, relationships, and even millions in legal fees. Through personal stories and client case studies, Eunice makes the case for curiosity over control, and shows how resolving conflict begins with self-inquiry, not opposition. This conversation is particularly relevant for leaders, lawyers, and anyone tired of cycles of unnecessary confrontation. View all topics →

Eunice Atuejide doesn’t switch personas to suit the room. Whether she’s speaking in court, on stage, or over coffee, she shows up as herself—bold, honest, and grounded. It’s this rare consistency that defines both her message and her presence: that happiness, peace, and clarity come not from striving, but from being aligned with who you truly are.

Her story spans continents and contradictions. Born and raised in a chaotic neighbourhood in Nigeria, Eunice learned to find joy where others saw only struggle. She went on to study law in both Germany and the UK, build a career in cross-border business and corporate law, and advise clients on everything from financial crime prevention to infrastructure development. She’s a qualified solicitor in England and Nigeria, speaks six languages, and once stood as a presidential candidate in Nigeria. She’s also a mother of five, and a grandmother.

But despite these achievements, Eunice reached a point where outward success no longer felt like enough. Burnt out from the constant push to perform, she stepped back to ask a different set of questions: Who am I without the mask? What does success feel like—not just look like? And what does it mean to live fully, not just function?
