Meet Eunice Atuejide

Eunice Atuejide doesn’t switch personas to suit the room. Whether she’s speaking in court, on stage, or over coffee, she shows up as herself—bold, honest, and grounded. It’s this rare consistency that defines both her message and her presence: that happiness, peace, and clarity come not from striving, but from being aligned with who you truly are.

Her story spans continents and contradictions. Born and raised in a chaotic neighbourhood in Nigeria, Eunice learned to find joy where others saw only struggle. She went on to study law in both Germany and the UK, build a career in cross-border business and corporate law, and advise clients on everything from financial crime prevention to infrastructure development. She’s a qualified solicitor in England and Nigeria, speaks six languages, and once stood as a presidential candidate in Nigeria. She’s also a mother of five, and a grandmother.

But despite these achievements, Eunice reached a point where outward success no longer felt like enough. Burnt out from the constant push to perform, she stepped back to ask a different set of questions: Who am I without the mask? What does success feel like—not just look like? And what does it mean to live fully, not just function?

Her book Happiness Is Free and her transformational coaching work now focus on helping other high performers find their own answers to those same questions. Eunice’s approach blends hard-won insight with practical tools, and her presence challenges audiences to stop hiding behind productivity and start showing up as themselves.

As a podcast guest, Eunice offers a refreshingly real take on what it means to live well—and why the best version of you is the one that’s already there.
