Pamela Blaney

Author of The Crown You Never Lost and Founder of Eshora, Supporting People Through Identity Restoration

Pamela Blaney’s work began in the aftermath of her marriage breakdown in late 2017, when she turned to writing as a way to understand the disorientation she felt. After a reconciliation, the relationship ended again in 2020—a second rupture that brought her back to the manuscript with a clarity she hadn’t had before. The process forced her to rebuild a sense of identity she realised she had been slowly losing, and those pages eventually became her book, The Crown You Never Lost.

About the guest

Pamela Blaney’s work began in the aftermath of her marriage breakdown in late 2017, when she turned to writing as a way to understand the disorientation she felt. After a reconciliation, the relationship ended again in 2020—a second rupture that brought her back to the manuscript with a clarity she hadn’t had before. The process forced her to rebuild a sense of identity she realised she had been slowly losing, and those pages eventually became her book, The Crown You Never Lost.

Her healing wasn’t driven by slogans or quick fixes. It grew from the slow work of learning to trust her own thoughts again. She explored psychology, neuroscience and spirituality not as abstract concepts, but as practical tools to regulate her emotions, understand her patterns and make sense of who she was becoming. What began as private reflection gradually evolved into a way of supporting other women navigating painful endings, uncertainty and the collapse of futures they once relied on.

Eshora emerged from that same season of rebuilding. Blending emotional clarity tools, affirmation jewellery, guided journals and a collection of courses and resources, Pamela created a space where women could reconnect with their worth and understand the shifts happening within them. And while her work is centred on women, her book has unexpectedly resonated with a wider audience—more men than women have purchased it—reinforcing that identity restoration is a human experience, not a gendered one.

As more people began asking how to turn their lived experiences into meaningful work, she launched Eshora Collective—a six-week creative intensive that helps emerging writers and creators shape a cohesive personal narrative with structure and direction.

Pamela approaches identity restoration with candour and steadiness, grounded in lived experience rather than idealised reinvention. As a podcast guest, she brings clear, practical emotional insights that help audiences navigate endings, rebuild their footing and move forward with perspective.
