About Liangliang Graham
Liangliang Graham is the Partner & Founder of BTT, a modern management consulting firm focused on helping clients to articulate growth strategy, provide analytical insights and execute company visions.
Prior to establishing BTT Consulting, Liangliang Graham, the founder had nearly 15 years of global experience (working and living in London and Hong Kong) in Big 4 management consulting and M&A transaction advisory roles. She also worked in-house in the banking and insurance industry.
Liangliang has provided consulting services to more than 15 multinational clients, and has worked closely with business in the CFO, Corporate Strategy and COO arenas. These engagements were enhanced by her corporate experience working as a risk analyst in the Treasury department of the largest Building Society in the UK, as well as a programme manager for an multinational insurer. She has hands-on experience covering strategy (Consultant), analytics (Risk Analyst) and execution (Programme Manager) for financial institutions, covering a wide range of functions in Treasury, Risk, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Regulatory & Compliance as well as Technology.
