Chris Marshall is a futurist, behavioral scientist, and author who is passionate about human potential, neurodiversity, future thinking, innovation culture, and behavioral science. With a career spanning over a decade in investment management, Chris has developed a fascination with understanding how uncertainty affects decision-making. He has pulled together his research and experience into his book, Decoding Change, which helps people understand how to better see the changes going on around us.
