Key topicsConsistency is the real differentiator-and why most salespeople don’t have itSales stalls not from lack of talent but from sloppy follow-up and inconsistent communication. Many reps rely on motivation instead of systems. Kai breaks down the habits behind his own record of 10 appointments booked before lunch on Day One, emphasising simple, repeatable routines that raise activity, clarity, and conversions. Why talented professionals stay stuck for years-and how to pivot into a new industry in weeks, not monthsMany high-performing professionals stay in roles they’ve outgrown because the stability feels safer than starting again, even as their income and growth flatten. The common belief is that changing industries requires starting from the bottom or taking a pay cut. Kai shows why that isn’t true: most people underestimate how transferable their communication, client management, and problem-solving skills are. Drawing from his own experience landing three new roles in under seven days-each in a new industry-he explains how to reframe your existing strengths, build a targeted outreach plan, and move into remote sales without risking your livelihood. Burnout is data, not identity-here’s how to use it as a strategic pivotBurnout often shows up as boredom, avoidance, or doing just enough to get by. Instead of treating it as failure, Kai frames it as information: a signal that a career’s structure, challenge, or reward is no longer a fit. He explains how exploring fitness coaching and pickleball helped him rebuild momentum, and how listeners can test new directions without risking financial stability. View all topics →

Remote Sales Specialist Guiding Setters and Closers From $0 to $15K/Month in High-Ticket Sales

Kai Law’s remote-work story began with Muay Thai training in Thailand. He chose to spend his leave learning the sport intensively at the source, and that experience pushed him to rethink how he wanted to live and work. Six months later, he booked a one-way ticket to Chiang Mai, launched an Amazon FBA business, and spent four years abroad, traveling to 20 countries.

When he later moved to Singapore, Kai joined an Amazon-focused agency and rose into leadership. He led a 10-person team across five time zones, managing a $20M portfolio of 20 clients in 10 countries, and the group achieved 90% client retention in 2024. The role sharpened the skills he now trains in sales professionals: structured communication, consistent follow-up, performance accountability, and clear consulting under pressure.

As he began feeling burnt out and “quiet quitting,” he rebuilt momentum by developing himself outside the laptop. He completed a personal-training course and spent time coaching in group fitness settings, rediscovering how much he enjoyed helping people change through structured coaching. That blend of remote leadership and in-person coaching now underpins the way he works with setters and closers.

Today, as a remote sales specialist and career strategist, Kai helps fellow setters and closers land remote roles and ramp fast.
