Rob Marcus spent years in roles that measured leadership by output, not people. After serving in army intelligence and rising through government contracting and corporate development, he led high-stakes teams and multimillion-dollar projects. But when personal tragedy collided with workplace politics, he saw the cost of performative leadership up close, and decided to build something better.
Today, he runs Blue Stallion Solutions, a leadership training company helping mid-sized organizations move from firefighting to forward motion. His work focuses on aligning teams, strengthening accountability, and equipping managers to lead - not just deliver. His new book, Crossing the Divide, offers a practical roadmap for business owners and team leads struggling to scale without losing control of their culture.
