Chris Marshall is a futurist, behavioral scientist, and author who is passionate about human potential, neurodiversity, future thinking, innovation culture, and behavioral science. With a career spanning over a decade in investment management, Chris has developed a fascination with understanding how uncertainty affects decision-making. He has pulled together his research and experience into his book, Decoding Change, which helps people understand how to better see the changes going on around us.
Chris's work as a behavioral scientist, executive coach, and consultant helps individuals, leaders, CEOs, and investment professionals manage their thinking and decision-making in fast-paced, complex environments. He believes that the effects of uncertainty on our thinking are vastly underappreciated, and we are about to move through a period of change and uncertainty like nothing we have seen before. His upcoming book, Pause, Pause, Move, provides a framework for navigating fast-paced change and is set to be released at the end of this year.

He believes that innovation is not achieved through minor improvements but takes a radical turn and that curiosity is a superpower that can help us overcome anxiety, fear, and pessimism about the future.
