Roy Biancalana is a nationally recognized relationship coach, bestselling author, and host of The Attracting Lasting Love Podcast. With over 15 years of experience, Roy helps singles identify and overcome the internal barriers that keep them from finding fulfilling, lasting relationships. His journey into coaching began from personal hardship – navigating heartbreak, divorce, and unsuccessful rebounds – ultimately leading him to seek out coaching for himself. This transformative experience ignited his passion to guide others through their own relationship challenges.
As the author of Relationship Bootcamp: Hard-Core Training for Life, Love & the Pursuit of Intimacy, Roy emphasizes the importance of being in “relationship shape.” He believes that healthy, sustainable relationships are not found through luck but through inner work and personal growth. His approach blends modern coaching techniques with the wisdom of spiritual thought leaders, creating a unique method that resonates with individuals seeking more conscious, meaningful connections.
Roy’s coaching primarily attracts individuals between 30 and 65, frustrated by their relationship history and ready to break patterns of self-sabotage. While he works with both men and women, Roy’s podcast appearances frequently touch on themes of personal growth, conscious living, and overcoming limiting beliefs.
