Key topicsNothing to Add — The Two Words That Decide What a Board Never HearsTayyaba Jordan has spent ten years in rooms where the most important thing goes unsaid. Boards read silence as agreement, when it usually means a director has decided the cost of speaking is higher than the cost of staying quiet. She works through what produces that calculation: who gets interrupted, how disagreement is received, which questions get asked last. Using her MicroChanges™ Method she shows how a chair can change the odds inside a single meeting, without a workshop or an away day. Listeners leave able to spot the moment candour dies in their own meetings, and what to say next. What a CEO Discovers After Six Coaching SessionsTayyaba Jordan has coached senior leaders for ten years, and her Signature Deep Dive gives a CEO six candid sessions and nothing else. Most executive development arrives as a programme with modules and a workbook, which she argues is why senior teams sit through it and change nothing. She walks through what those six sessions surface: the decision the CEO has been avoiding, the signals they send without meaning to, and the part of the job they have quietly outgrown. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, she runs the same format with leaders in London, Dubai, New York and Singapore, and the patterns hold across all of them. Listeners leave knowing what real coaching should produce, and how to tell it apart from training that only looks busy.Post Mortem — The Fast Reset™ That Repairs a Leadership Team While It Is Still BreathingTayyaba Jordan has coached senior leaders for ten years, and the teams that recover from a public misstep are almost never the ones that hold a review afterwards. Most organisations answer a leadership conflict or a bad week in the press by gathering facts and writing up what went wrong, which she argues lands too late to change anything and hardens the positions people took under pressure. Her Fast Reset™ runs in the days after instead: what the leadership team says to each other first, which conversation happens in the room rather than in pairs, and what has to be settled before the next decision goes out. She has run these resets with senior teams in London, New York, Singapore and Dubai, where the repair had to hold in public as well as in private. Listeners leave knowing what to do in the first week after a leadership rupture, and why the write-up can wait.View all topics →

Leadership and Performance Coach Helping Senior Teams Build Candour, Cohesion, and Human Sustainability

10+ years Coaching and training senior leaders2024 winner Global Woman Innovator of the YearFRSA Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts5 frameworks Named leadership and performance methods

Tayyaba Jordan is a leadership and performance coach who fixes senior-team cohesion, candour, and hidden burnout for CEOs, senior leadership teams and boards.

She got into this work after repeatedly encountering the same corporate patterns that quietly erode performance - slow decisions, mixed leadership signals, fractured communication, and isolated leaders. Raised in a household where her father brought philosophy, psychology and sociology into everyday conversation, she learned early to interrogate dynamics and language; that upbringing shaped her appetite for addressing what is not being said in organisations.

Her practice has developed over a decade of work with senior leaders; she lists ten years coaching senior leaders and holds roles including Executive Performance Coach at Wellness With Me and Leadership & Team Performance Specialist at her own practice. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has worked with organisations such as BBC, Spotify, Deloitte and the Wall Street Journal, and with clients across London, Dubai, New York, Singapore, Norway, Amsterdam, Japan, Iran and Beirut.
