With an illustrious educational background, including a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University, Paula has continuously pushed the boundaries of traditional psychology.

Paula’s transformative approach to wellbeing was catalyzed by her own personal experiences and the profound realization that real change begins from within. In 2005, she founded her practice, focusing on innovative methods that facilitate internal change, leading to substantial, sustainable shifts in mindset and wellbeing. Her discovery of PSYCH-K®—a method praised for its simplicity and effectiveness—marked a turning point in her career.
