Paul Ruppert is an experienced executive in the field of CPaaS and mobile services, with a background in strategy consulting and holding two patents in global text messaging. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, utilizing a variety of skills at the highest levels of both. He has generated over $400 million in direct sales, is a skilled negotiator, and has experience leading global commercial, product, and marketing teams. He has also been involved in M&A deals in B2B SaaS sales.

Prior to entering the private sector, Paul received a master's degree from Harvard and served in policy and political roles in the US government. In the private sector, Paul has a proven track record of success, including scaling startups to billion-dollar valuations, forming global partnerships, and managing $130 million business P&Ls. He currently serves as the President of Global Point View Ltd, a strategy consulting firm that provides insights to technology companies.

His clients include Facebook, MasterCard, Western Union, and private equity firms looking to leverage mobile services in their digital plans for conversational commerce.
