Slow Growth — Why Rebuilding Still Counts Before It Looks Like Success

Leading Through Personal Transition: How loss, patience, and small steps shape the way leaders rebuild.

Sham Madhok brings a board chair's steadiness to a personal reset after a season of loss, arguing that slow growth is still growth. She does not turn loss into a quick comeback story. Instead, she shows how leaders rebuild identity through small decisions before confidence, visibility, or a new platform has caught up. Listeners leave able to recognize progress earlier, and to lead through transition without needing every step to look impressive.
