In late 2022, Rachel’s life took a dramatic turn when she suffered a stroke and was later diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. Rejecting chemotherapy, she chose surgery and natural remedies, embarking on a profound journey of self-trust and healing. This experience highlighted the deep connection between spirit, mind, and body, and Rachel now shares powerful insights into holistic health and regaining control over one’s physical and emotional well-being.
