Your Sales Script Isn’t the Problem, Your Delivery Is

Many sales reps write or copy scripts but still struggle to convert calls into meetings. They sense that reading lines isn’t enough, leading to robotic, ineffective calls that fail to engage prospects. The tension lies in knowing what to say but missing the timing and flow that make conversations work.
Nicole Attias shares her expertise from training hundreds of callers on the Prospect2Win team, emphasizing rhythm as crucial to successful outreach. Her approach breaks scripts into conversational beats, with deliberate pacing and natural pauses that mimic human dialogue rather than rapid-fire sales pitches.
Listeners will learn how to turn static scripts into dynamic conversations by mastering rhythm and practice techniques. Nicole provides methods to rehearse and internalize scripts so that reps can confidently adapt to responses, creating authentic connections that lead to appointments.

Nicole Attias is a B2B cold-calling specialist and author who runs outbound lead-generation and sales consulting for manufacturing, industrial and other B2B sales teams.

She got into this work through years of hands-on prospecting and corporate training in her 20s; early hustling included walking office towers, talking to receptionists, and refining live cold-call techniques. Toastmasters helped develop her presentation skills, a stint in commercial real estate exposed her to corporate sales cycles, and those experiences led her to focus full-time on phone-based prospecting and training.

She brings over 20 years of expertise in B2B sales consulting and is the founder of Prospect2Win, where she has operated as an expert sales and cold-calling consultant, instructor and YouTuber for more than six years. Her background includes roles within commercial real estate firms, formal study in psychology at York University, a leadership program at Seneca Polytechnic, and a real estate credential from the Ontario Real Estate Association; she also lists a communications certification and a published e-book in her profile.

Day to day her team makes outbound sales calls for clients, pushing the phones to get first-voice appointments, then passing warm leads to sales reps or business owners; clients supply lists, contacts and scripts and Nicole contracts additional callers as needed.
