Creator of the Metacognitive Programming™ methodology and Founder of the Institute of Metacognitive Programming
Misha Saidov is a modern philosopher, mystic, entrepreneur, and author whose work sits at the intersection of personal transformation, meaning, and human potential. He is the founder of the Institute of Metacognitive Programming, a global training and practice ecosystem built to help people understand who they are beneath conditioning, trauma, and inherited patterns, and live from that place with far more clarity and intention.
Based in Toronto, Misha has built a body of work that has reached more than 150,000 people across 93 countries. His work has been shaped by a question that has followed him for years: what actually changes a person at the deepest level? That question became far more urgent after a moment that stayed with him deeply — hearing a young woman speak about surviving severe wartime trauma as a child. It sharpened his sense that understanding human behavior was not enough on its own. What mattered was whether that knowledge could help people truly heal.
That search became the foundation of his teaching, his writing, and the vision behind IMCP. Before founding the institute, Misha built a successful career in business leadership, strategy, sales, and marketing, including senior roles at Konica Minolta and Phenom People, and earned his MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. That background still informs the way he works. There is vision in what he builds, but also structure, scale, and a clear commitment to making transformation practical rather than abstract.
Today, Misha speaks and writes on trauma, relationships, identity, destiny, and the process of returning to what is most essential in a person. At the heart of his work is the belief that real change begins when people can see themselves clearly enough for old patterns to loosen their grip and something more honest can emerge in their place.
As a podcast guest, Misha brings a thoughtful and searching perspective on trauma, relationships, identity, purpose, and the deeper process of becoming who you really are.
