Meet Garth Delikan

Garth Delikan is a mindset and lifestyle coach, speaker, author and advanced clinical hypnotherapist whose work is rooted in one defining belief: your past may shape you, but it does not have to decide what happens next.

His perspective was forged through experience rather than theory. After reaching the top of a successful career in London advertising, Garth saw his professional life unravel through betrayal, the collapse of his own business and the end of a 28-year marriage in rapid succession. What followed was clinical depression, severe anxiety and a period of rebuilding from the ground up. Rather than return to the life he had lost, Garth began creating a new one, first through kickboxing and personal training, then coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy and public speaking.

That reinvention changed the direction of his life. Working with clients in Kensington, Chelsea, Mayfair and Knightsbridge, Garth quickly discovered that outward success rarely tells the full story. Behind impressive careers, beautiful homes and financial security, he met people struggling with confidence, stress, identity and a profound sense that something was missing. It led him to focus not simply on changing bodies, but on helping people change the thoughts, behaviours and emotional patterns driving their lives.

Today, Garth brings together decades of leadership, coaching, fitness and personal transformation to help people stop carrying emotional baggage that no longer serves them and build the confidence to move forward. His work explores everything from resilience and overcoming adversity to healthy aging, self-belief, lifestyle change and the connection between a healthy mind and a healthy body.

Now approaching 70 with the energy, discipline and curiosity that have defined his life, Garth is also a compelling example of why reinvention has no age limit. His conversations are candid, energetic and refreshingly free from jargon, blending hard-earned lessons with practical tools people can actually use. Whether he is talking about rebuilding after rock bottom, changing the way you see yourself in the mirror or finding the courage to pursue a different future, Garth's message is simple: you are never too old, too stuck or too far down the wrong road to change direction.
