Caroline Clarke is a transformational coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and survivor turned advocate, committed to helping individuals untangle the effects of generational trauma, emotional pain, and abuse. Her mission is to guide clients toward reclaiming their authentic selves and living lives of freedom and fulfillment.

Caroline’s work is rooted in her own journey—overcoming domestic violence in her upbringing, healing from sexual abuse, and breaking free from an emotionally manipulative marriage. As a mother of four sons, she is driven to heal not only for herself but to create a healthier legacy for future generations. Through this journey, Caroline embraced the belief that only radical responsibility leads to true healing.

Formerly a UK police officer, Caroline witnessed the devastating cycles of domestic violence and systemic failures, which fueled her passion for emotional healing. Later, as a youth worker, she saw firsthand how unresolved trauma manifests in young people. These personal and professional experiences became the foundation for her transformational work.

Caroline’s compassionate, intuitive coaching helps clients dismantle limiting beliefs, rewrite inherited stories, and reconnect with their inner voice and worth. Her approach empowers individuals to rise above pain, break free from cycles of suffering, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.
In addition to her work with trauma and abuse, Caroline explores the dynamics of codependency.
