Bruce Talley is an entrepreneur, author, and global business executive with over $2.1 billion in career sales to Fortune Global 500 companies, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals. With decades of experience in American capital markets, major international events, and destination management, Bruce has successfully led transformative projects in complex and often volatile markets, including Russia, Ukraine, and the Caucasus region.

In his career, Bruce has played pivotal roles, including leading sales of bond issues at an investment bank to finance infrastructure in the U.S. After a career change, he bought and sold land in Krasnodar Region, Russia and worked on development issues with the unrecognized Republic of Abkhazia. His activities in Abkhazia, both protected and smothered by Russia, put a bulls-eye on Bruce for the Russian security services, believing he was a CIA agent. When Abkhazia's potential was stifled, Bruce shifted back across the border and built the largest destination management company in Sochi, home of the 2014 Winter Games, where he and his staff provided services to over 45 of the world’s largest companies.
