How Football Helps Invisible Employees Get Seen

Corporate Football and Workplace Connection: How team sport helps employees build relationships and confidence at work.

Albert Zbily, president of the global corporate football federation FIFCO, shows how amateur football can turn an employee nobody knows into someone the hallway recognizes. Albert tells the story of a day trader who spent 13 years knowing only his manager before playing made him a superstar in the hallway. The point is not sport for sport's sake. Football becomes the bridge between exercise, team spirit, and real workplace connection. Listeners leave with a clearer way to make belonging visible inside a company.
