As the founder and CEO of Beyond Zero-Dedicated Development Consultants (bz-ddc.com), Kevin leads a cutting-edge real estate and technology development company that builds zero-carbon emission ultra-luxury boutique eco-resorts in remote wilderness and urban locations worldwide. They hire the best architects, engineers, artisans, acousticians, hoteliers, property managers, chefs, yogis, equestrians, guides, trainers, athletes, and sustainability experts, to help them create a better, greener, social, and humanitarian tomorrow. Their mission is to combine cutting-edge technology, design excellence, and ecological responsibility to create unique and memorable experiences for discerning travelers.

In addition to Beyond Zero DDC Inc., Kevin is the founder and CEO of Kennon Design Consultancy (kdcaia.com), an architecture and design firm that delivers strategic innovation, design excellence, and project governance for a wide range of clients and sectors. He formed and led United Architects, a diverse, multi-disciplinary, international team selected as one of five finalists in the prestigious World Trade Center, NY Design Competition.

Kevin is also the founder and executive director of The Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies (institute-ny.org). This 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization introduces students to the culture of architecture through the lens of the city.
