At KCOM, he not only crafted the investment case for full fibre broadband in 2011 but also orchestrated the teams that built it, created innovative products, and successfully brought them to market. This visionary leadership resulted in Hull becoming the first UK city with 100% FTTP availability, extending to the East Riding region by 2019.

Now at Quickline, Sean's ambition is to bridge the digital divide by bringing gigabit-capable broadband to the 'forgotten' communities in rural areas. Employing a 'hybrid' network approach utilizing both FTTP and cutting-edge 5G technology, he aims to revolutionize connectivity.

Beyond his impactful work in the tech industry, Sean serves as the Chair of the Tigers Trust, the charitable arm of Hull City AFC.
