In his pursuit to honor the memory of that fateful day, Randy is driven by a deeply personal mission—to bring recognition to his teammate, Mike Horrocks, the co-pilot of United Airlines Flight #175. Mike, along with countless others, tragically lost their lives on that infamous day. Nicole has also been instrumental in teaching her father how to master new skills, particularly in the realms of social media and public relations.
